Senior Office Administrator

Working within a small group for our domestic fencing installation team based just outside of Tunbridge Wells. The position requires a self-motivated communicator with Microsoft Office skills and have some Sage Accounting knowledge or similar.
Duties to include, but not limited to
- Answering the phone and dealing with customer enquiries, taking down all relevant information required.
- Dealing with daily incoming/outgoing post - Date stamping, sorting and delivering to relevant person.
- Dealing with all Order Acceptances - Collating all relevant documents for the order, entering information onto customer register and weekly awards register. Order Safe Digs, add to pack on receipt and pass on for Fixer’s paperwork to be added
- Enter all quotation information onto data base and then file.
- Raising purchase orders for externally sourced materials or equipment.
- Invoicing - raise customer invoice once job is complete or deposit invoice if required. Enter details onto database.
- Issue Customer Questionnaires with invoices.
- Keep a daily check of incoming payments and enter onto database.
- Take customer payments over the phone etc.
- Maintain an Archiving Register - type/sort and file as and when required.
- Maintain a Weekly Awards Register.
- Keep an eye on completed jobs to make sure invoicing is done before the month end.
- Order stationery and check deliveries as and when required.

**Salary**: £27,000.00 per year
