We are on the hunt for a sales professional with managerial experience. In this role you will be managing a vibrant and enthusiastic, friendly sales team in the wood and metal industry, so experience in this industry is beneficial but not essential.

**Your overall aim** is to maximise sales potential, you would do this, by leading the ever-growing sales team, coaching and developing them through conducting monthly 121’s, sales & product training, call monitoring, creating and running salesincentives, etc. You would also support management by implementing new sales tools and strategies, monthly sales meetings, and reporting on figures/KPIs. As I mentioned the team is ‘’ever-growing’’ hence, you get the opportunity to be involved in the recruitmentside of things, liaising with agencies, and carrying out interviews for potential new recruits.
