We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Telesales Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a successful background in telesales exceptional leadership skills and a strategic vision to drive our telesales operations to new heights.

Key Responsibilities of the Telesales Manager:
  • Lead mentor and manage the telesales team to achieve set sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximise sales opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Monitor and report on team performance providing feedback and actionable insights for improvement.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and development programmes for telesales representatives.
  • Analyse and interpret sales data to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Who Were Looking For:

An accomplished sales professional with a proven track record in a telesales environment who is also passionate about team development and driving sales performance. The right candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities and have an analytical mindset for sales strategy optimisation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a telesales management role.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) to monitor and improve sales performance.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve overall business goals.
Salary & Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: 45000 per annum.

  • Fulltime permanent position.
