Inside Sales Telesales Executive Job Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at DCA Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  2. Needs Assessment and Solution Development: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their business objectives and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  3. Sales and Account Management: Close deals and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
  4. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and provide regular sales reports to management.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve lead generation efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  2. Strong Communication and Presentation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions to clients.
  3. Self-Motivation and Drive: A strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  4. Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business operations and the ability to develop solutions that meet client needs.
