Telesales Manager

Fratello Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telesales Manager to lead our dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and Mentor the Telesales Team: Oversee the performance of the telesales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Design and execute effective telesales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and revenue growth, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Monitor and Report Performance: Regularly review team performance, providing actionable insights and feedback to drive improvement and optimize sales strategy.
- Conduct Training and Development: Deliver regular training sessions and development programs for telesales representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure that all team members comply with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Proven Track Record: Minimum 3 years of experience in a telesales management role, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and team performance.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team.
- CRM Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM software (Salesforce) to monitor and improve sales performance.
- Exceptional Coaching Abilities: Ability to coach and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
- Collaborative Mindset: Ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve overall business goals.
