**The Role**:
We are seeking an energetic and proactive Sales Advisor to join our team.

In this crucial role, you will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

**Due to the location of our office, having access to a car is essential.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients introducing our products and services.
- Identify customer needs and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, notes, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to enhance call strategies and approaches.
- Achieve and exceed monthly appointment setting targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in telesales, appointment setting, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions.
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
- Access to a car due to office location requirements.

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum, plus commission.
- Potential on-target earnings and uncapped commission.
- Company pension scheme and additional incentives.

**Schedule**:

- This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Friday.

**Location**:_This role is based in our office located in a remote area in Warrington, requiring access to a car due to limited public transportation options._
