**Job summary**:
The Human Resources Department provides HR services spanning the full range of people activities including payroll and pension administration, recruitment and onboarding, benefits, organisational development, L&D and HR business partnering.

We are seeking a Payroll & Benefits Co-ordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. Reporting to the Reward Manager, in this highly varied role you will be responsible for a range of pay and benefits related tasks including co-ordinating Kew’s monthly payroll submission to our outsourced payroll provider, the administration and promotion of our employee benefits offer, and supporting pay and reward projects e.g. annual pay awards.

**Job description**:

- With experience in providing hands-on payroll administration and support within a payroll or HR function, you’ll be able to thrive in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment, whilst maintaining a high standard of attention to detail and accuracy.**Person specification**:
