**About The Role**

In line with the principles and objectives as laid out in the council’s Estate Renewal Resident Engagement Framework, focusing both on increasing participation as well as building trust with affected residents via transparent, honest and clear communications, the main purpose of this role is to support the delivery of the councils’ estate renewal programme via the design, embedding and delivery of processes and projects which maximise the opportunities for resident participation in the end to end estate renewal process.

To support the council’s wider new homes programme via strategic advice and where required delivery in regards to resident and wider stakeholder engagement.
