**About the role**:
Join TRICARE Overseas Program as the Head of Business Process Management and Transformation, where you will lead the charge in ensuring our processes are not only effective and efficient but also aligned with our strategic goals. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in transforming our business processes to enhance operational efficiencies, quality, service, customer experience, and profitability. As a strategic leader, you will develop and execute a comprehensive process optimization roadmap, working collaboratively across the organization to drive change and innovation.

**Key responsibilities**:

- ** Business Process Management (BPM)**
- Develop strategic objectives for the BPM program targeting critical gaps.
- Drive process improvement initiatives throughout the organization.
- Allocate resources for process projects and review the current operating model.
- Lead cross-functional teams in transforming existing business processes.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Evaluate, implement, and manage BPM tools (SAP Signavio) and technologies.
- ** Process Optimization**
- Oversee the analysis, design, and optimization of key business processes.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains, cost reduction, and overall process improvement.
- Lead the organization in lean management principles and process transformation.
- ** Customer Experience Enhancement**
- Identify key customer touchpoints and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Utilize customer feedback and data analytics to understand the unique needs of clients, providers, and beneficiaries.
- Work closely with internal teams to address pain points in the customer journey.
- ** Project Portfolio Management**
- Lead, manage, and oversee a portfolio of transformation projects.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure the impact of projects and track progress.
- Ensure a professional project framework is maintained to meet quality standards and compliance.
- ** Change Management and Continuous Improvement**
- Create and implement a people-focused change management strategy.
- Implement change management best practices for a smooth transition.
- Drive improvement with cooperation from all impacted departments.
- Provide coaching and mentoring in management meetings.
- Support departments under the business transformation umbrella.

- Required Work Experience_
- In-depth knowledge of BPM methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Experience with process automation and technology integration.
- Organizational Change Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead transformative change at an organizational level.
- Required Qualifications_
- 10-15 years of experience in business management systems, process improvements, or project management.
- Certifications: Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SAP Signavio, and Scaled Agile Framework.
- Required Languages_
- Exceptional English Proficiency: Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
- Other Languages a Plus.
- Travel Requirements_
- Occasional Travel: Both international and domestic travel may be required as part of this role.
