We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Integrations and Business Intelligence to join our Information & Technology Directorate. The Head of Integrations and Business Intelligence is accountable for the overall Data and Integration strategy and roadmap, orchestrating the build out of strategic technology capabilities that deliver significant value to the Business. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the highest level of expertise relating to Information Technology, specializing in Integrations. The role has a substantial degree of independent professional responsibility and discretion, including the development and implementation of policies and processes that have a tangible impact across the whole organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Integrations functional area and the staff within.

Manage major projects and initiatives to ensure delivery/improvement of a service.

Deputise for the Director of Enterprise Applications.

Resolve problems across the whole of IT, requiring innovation and creative thought to develop appropriate options.

Develop and implement IT operational plans.

Experience on implementing and leading Agile teams

About you

Experience of managing and developing a significant team or number of teams and/or a significant project or number of projects.

Strong interpersonal skills including motivational negotiating, influencing, and relationship building.

Significant experience of implementing an Enterprise Service Bus, Data lakes and design patterns.

Substantial relevant experience managing Information Systems roles at a senior level.

Substantial systems development experience managing a broad range of systems relating to Integrations.

Experience of automating tasks using Azure Dev-Ops, Terraform, PowerShell, Puppet, C# or Python.

Significant practical experience of creating Integration and Reporting Platforms.
