Administrator - Financial Services

**About the role***:
We're in search of enthusiastic joiners to work alongside our dynamic team, learning on the job how to support the advisers and clients in the financial planning process (we do have a rather fab training Academy to help you level up), get stuck in and help us on our mission whilst lining yourself up to snag one of the exciting opportunities that develop in a growing company.
This is a great entry level opportunity for anyone keen to develop a career in finance.
**This role includes**:
- Completely virtual work from home opportunity - flexible working is our norm, not a concession
- Clear development paths with mentoring and training to encourage career and earnings progression.
**Key Duties**:
- Supporting the Adviser and Paraplanner to deliver fabulous financial planning services to our clients
- Managing adviser/paraplanner diaries
- Keeping FCA compliant records and managing client information on our systems
- Liaising with third parties to gather data, update records and process new business
- Communicate with clients and help them with administration and routine tasks
- Prioritising task management and work processes to keep things flowing efficiently
Working as part of a team you will be looking out for opportunities to be useful, improve on service and make the overall process more efficient.
**About You**:
You will need to be:
- Naturally well organised with attention to detail
- Capable of working productively from home (a dedicated working space, good internet connection and able to manage distractions well)
- Willing and able to learn our specialist internal IT systems for managing client relationships and specific financial planning tasks
- Good communication skills - with clients and team members, written and verbal
- One of those people that makes life easier by having a great can-do attitude and willing to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in to help us achieve our mission

**The Benefits**
