As a Training and Servicing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and servicing functions within the organisation. This role requires a combination of administrative skills, organisational abilities, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Training Coordination:_
- Organise and coordinate training sessions and workshops for both internal staff and external clients.
- Training Material Management:_
- Maintain and update training materials, manuals, and documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Distribute training materials to participants and assist in creating and editing content as needed.
- Client Servicing:_
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information about training programs and services offered.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Record Keeping:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback and servicing.
- Generate reports on training and servicing activities for management review.
- Administrative Support:_
- Provide general administrative support to the training and servicing departments, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Communication:_
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate smooth collaboration and information flow.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in training or client servicing.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using office software and technology platforms.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
