**The Role - Reporting to the Operations Manager**:
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join us, as an experienced Operations Administrator to support the Managing Director and the Operations Manager by coordinating all office activities in an efficient and professional manner. We want the best people to work for us and we know that a supportive and friendly working environment plays a key role in attracting and retaining employees. We promote the sharing of knowledge and invest strongly in training and development.
**About You**
Previous customer experience is essential as is your ability to use your initiative and resolve problems as they arise. It goes without saying that you will have excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Possessing a calm, steady, disposition you will be confidential with high levels of integrity, credibility. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for administrative work we would love to hear from you.
**Key Tasks** **& Responsibilities**:
- Co-ordinate interviews
- On board new sub-contractors
- Main contact for all sub-contractor documents
- Manage subcontractor technical, medical and commercial documents
- Regular reviews of key company documents including quotes, purchase order number, sub-contractor agreements and maintain approved supplier list
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
