As we continue to grow, we are seeking a diligent and organised Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team and support our administrative operations.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
- Handle data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inputting information into relevant systems or databases.
- Update and maintain Excel spreadsheets with relevant data and information as required.
- Assist with system administration tasks, such as managing user accounts, updating software, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events as needed.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders for replenishment as necessary.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organising documents both physically and electronically.
- Provide general administrative support to the office manager and other team members as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of office equipment and systems, such as printers, scanners, and databases.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required; additional education or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
**Working Hours**:
- Part-Time: 5 half days per week (Monday to Friday)
- Total of 22 hours per week
