Experienced property manager required, with sufficient qualifications to cover all operational aspects of property management.

1-Fire safety, ensuring all fire exit pathways are kept clear, all fire alarm triggers, and errors to be logged in fire log book to enable easy access of information for repairs to be done, completing mandatory training certificates, completing fire drills,every 6 months. Weekly call point testing, replacement of detector heads.

2- Tenant Management - Ensuring all tenants are adhering to house rules, and issuing warning letters to notify them of any breaches. Pro-actively dealing with issues before they arise. Logging and reporting any maintenance issues, reporting directly fromtenants.

3. Cleaning - Arranging and organising, day to day cleaning of communal areas, (inside & out) aswell as weekly deep cleaning. In the abscense of any cleaning staff, it is expected that all necessary cleaning will be done by the property manager. Pro-activelydealing with waste matters, before they become an issue.

4. Maintenace - Reporting maintenace issues, and completion of basic maintenace related tasks. Shutting off water supply via stop valve, topping up boiler pressure, screw tightening, isolting leaking radiator etc. All other issues to be reported and loggedto maintenance team, and work progress tracked, and checked to ensure works have been completed.

5. Pest Control - Reporting and logging of pest control issues, and advising tenants of procedures in place to minimise issues. Ensuring waste management is done correctly to minimise risk of pest issues in the building.

6. Accepting deliveries, at the property in a timely manner, and storing in the correct location, liasing with contractors ensuring all property management related tasks are completed, quickly and efficiently.

7. Checking in, and out guests. Briefing guests of house rules. Answering phone queries. Signing contractors in, and out of the building, to ensure correct hours are logged.

8. Being available when required, to answer guest queries, or late night check ins. If initial briefing is done correctly, number of queries would be mínimal.

9. Ensuring sufficient staff coverage, for any hours when the desk is not manned, by the property manager.
