Advising utility companies of meter readings
Co-ordination of estimates and undertaking of repairs by contractors
Negotiating and co-ordinating renewal contracts
Preparation of tenancy agreements
Serving of section 21 notices
Taking over new files after the holding deposit has been taken from the Lettings teams
Collection of documentation from landlords and tenants
Arranging for TOB to be completed, sent, and signed
Process referencing with Homelet from submitting, managing and completion
Arranging quotation for prelet works including cleaning
Booking in appointments for works/cleaning to commence
Skills Required:
A calm approach
Systematic approach with strong administrative skills
Ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining attention to detail
Be able to work on your own however well within a team
Job Type:
Full-time
Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm
Saturdays - 1 in 3 Saturdays between 9.00am - 2.00pm
