Job Title: Senior BtR Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior BtR Property Manager to join our team at GKR International. As a Senior BtR Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Build to Rent properties, working closely with our clients and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Build to Rent properties, including handling snagging and defects, responding to maintenance issues, and creating a positive environment for tenants.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the client to understand their needs and preferences, and to develop and implement strategies to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other members of the property management team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in Build to Rent property management, with a strong understanding of the sector and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent experience.
