Job Title: Senior BtR Property Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior BtR Property Manager to join our team at GKR International. As a Senior BtR Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of Build to Rent properties, working closely with our clients and tenants to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Build to Rent properties, including handling snagging and defects, responding to maintenance issues, and creating a positive environment for tenants.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and to deliver a tailored service that meets their expectations.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure that all properties are managed in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of our company's Build to Rent strategy, including identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in Build to Rent property management, with a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours and locations.
  • Knowledge of Build to Rent property management principles and practices, including lease up and snagging.
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent experience.
