Exciting Opportunity for a Self-Employed Valuer

Award-winning independent Estate Agency in Barking is seeking a skilled and experienced Self-Employed Valuer to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Win new listings and gain instructions for properties to market
  • Work towards set targets and generate sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, and property valuations
  • Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face
  • Perform general administration duties
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of valuation experience
  • Target-driven attitude and strong communication skills
  • Polite and well-presented, with a confident and resilient approach
  • Local knowledge is desirable, and a full UK driving license and own car are essential
Benefits:
  • £30,000 pro rata guarantee for the first 4 months
  • OTE of £100,000
