Award-winning independent Estate Agency in Barking seeks a skilled and experienced Valuer to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:- Win new listings and instructions for properties to market
- Work towards set targets and generate sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, and conveyancing
- Maintain regular contact with clients via phone, email, or face-to-face
- Perform general administration duties
- 2-3 years of valuation experience
- Target-driven attitude and strong communication skills
- Polite and well-presented, with a confident and resilient approach
- Local knowledge is desirable, and a full UK driving license and own car are essential
- £30,000 pro rata guarantee for the first 4 months
- OTE of £100,000
