Role Summary

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops approach to proposal response and performs key activities such as drafting of proposals and research.
- Conducts appropriate reviews for all potential projects. May contribute to final "go/no-go" decision.
- Coordinates client and business unit teams in negotiations of request for proposal requirements.

Qualifications:
Required:

- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 5+ years of total relevant work experience
