**Job Profile Summary**:
The Client Services team is responsible for providing high quality support to Man's client base globally. The team performs a wide range of duties including handling client queries, assisting in pitch presentation, marketing materials, DDQs/RFPs and reporting. As such the team plays a vital role in all aspects and stages of the client experience provided by the business and is fundamental to the firm's on-going and future success.

**Please note this is a 12m FTC to cover parental leave.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day to day contact with internal and external clients, facilitating their requirements and coordinating internal support where required
- Create, edit and manage RFPs (and associated databases) for corporate and product related solutions to an excellent standard
- Create, format, and edit pre and post sales marketing materials (including presentations, factsheets, ad hoc materials) at both a corporate, product and client level
- Assist with client reporting requirements as required
- Work with the wider client services team to manage the entire client experience from initial pitch through to launch
- Assist the wider team in the production and checking of internal and external client portfolio analysis requirements
- Involvement in a variety of client focused projects

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- Relevant Client Service/Investor Relations/Investment Services experience, ideally within the hedge fund industry or asset management
- Proven experience in writing, editing and executing RFPs
- Detailed knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and Word (strong PowerPoint skills highly desirable)
- Proven expertise in designing, formatting, editing, and creating marketing and investment materials
- Must convey excellent written skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Self-starter and goal orientated focus with ability to manage their own time effectively
- Strong project time management skills through effective scheduling and planning
- Ability to work under pressure to meet demanding deadlines
