**Job description**
- Scope is a disability equality charity in England and Wales. Together we are Disability Gamechangers. We work to a society where all disabled people enjoy equality and fairness. We campaign tirelessly for everyday equality for disabled people.- At Scope our mission is to drive social change so that disabled people have the same opportunities as everyone else. Our volunteers are integral to this. We involve volunteers in our retail shops, our services, and in our office team and currently have around 4,000 Scope volunteers.**2 years fixed term, 21 hours per week (to be worked over 3 days, preferably Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)**

**Location**: Here East Press Centre, 14 East Bay Lane, London, E15 2GW. There is an option for some days to be working from home but will be minimum 2 days in the office.

The Team supports the organisation in its involvement of volunteers, by providing resources, guidance and advice to staff managing volunteers

In this varied and interesting role, you will:

- Be a crucial player in a small Volunteering team.
- Provide the team with administrative support
- Respond to enquiries in a shared inbox,
- Support with advertising vacancies
- Set up volunteer placement agreements with third
- party agencies
- Input data into the database.

**About you**
- This role requires solid administrative and IT skills.
- Your strong organisation skills will enable you to manage a varied workload.
- Your previous administration experience of providing excellent customer service and your strong communication skills will enable you to effectively liaise with colleagues across Scope.
