This is an exciting opportunity to join our friendly and professional People Services team - we have recently launched a new people vision and a new HR system, so it is a great time to join our team.

Working as part of our People Operations Team, you will deliver people administration services to support incoming, current, exiting and former employees, line managers and senior leaders. You will effectively use our HR system IRIS Cascade to ensure the smooth processing of all people related tasks.

**Key responsibilities**
- Deliver employee lifecycle administration and people-related compliance activities across the company. E.g., Run and complete HR processes, draft contracts and T&C letters, deal with references, ensure RTW checks are carried and liaising with the payroll team to ensure pay is correct.
- Support and communicate directly with managers to resolve any issues and to maintain good quality and compliant employee records for their groups and divisions.
- Comply with admin policies, standards and compliance expectations to ensure our processes are as efficient and welcoming as possible.
- Be autonomous in so far as generating documents/administration through the system.
- Involvement in Reward & Benefits tasks including:

- recognition tasks e.g., monthly budget monitoring, recognition communications, voucher ordering and expense reimbursements, compliance and accounts reports.
- assisting in the organisation of the Employee Awards night under the supervision of the R & B specialist.
- Benefits administration and communications
- Employee of the month communications and administration
- Run reports and MI as required.
- Identify manual processes that can be systemised/automated to improve productivity, compliance and/or employee experience.
- Assist in building/developing Cascade processes.
- Carry out Talent & Acquisition Assistant tasks when there are peaks in work in this area and be fully competent in all related tasks.

**Experience and skills**
- Previous experience in HR is desirable.
- You must be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills combined with tact, discretion and confidence in dealing with HR issues.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, experience of dealing with people over the phone and be flexible and demonstrate tact and discretion.
- Strong team working capabilities and organisation skills and be able to work to deadlines.
- Microsoft Office and related tools.

**Hybrid working**
This role would be based in our Bristol office, with a combination of home and office working (typically working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home).

**Hours**
7 hours a day, 35 hours a week, between the core working hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.
