**About The Role**: This is a key role in the Executive Support team, focusing on diary and inbox management, financial support, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and handling high-level complaints. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in a fast-paced environment.
As part of a team of Executive Assistants, you'll collaborate to ensure excellent support across the business, stepping in to assist other team members when needed. Your proactive approach and forward-thinking mindset will be invaluable as you anticipate needs and plan ahead to provide cohesive support.
You'll interact with key stakeholders, including Executive Teams, senior leaders, Non-Executive Directors, and the Motability Foundation, representing our team and company with professionalism and efficiency.
Key responsibilities include diary management, arranging and overseeing meetings, maintaining inbox efficiency, coordinating travel logistics, handling financial tasks accurately, managing high-level complaints, providing general administrative support, and collaborating with the EA team to maintain high standards of assistance.

**Minimum criteria**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining strong organisation and time management.
- Confidentiality is key and you will be expected to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- It is an advantage to have basic financial knowledge including but not limited to expenses and supporting a budget.

**What we do**
We lease a wide range of tailored mobility solutions to people who receive of one of the Government’s qualifying mobility allowances. Our customers choose a car, Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle (WAV), scooter or powered wheelchair that best suits their needs. We take care of their insurance, breakdown, servicing and more, as part of our worry-free package.
At the end of the lease, our customers can exchange their vehicle for a brand-new model. Each year we sell and move around 200,000 cars. This makes us the largest supplier of single-source vehicles back into the used car market.
The Scheme has been providing affordable, worry-free motoring for over 45 years. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding customer service, with an independent customer satisfaction rating of 9.6 out of 10.
