**RSK Group** is seeking a **Personal Assistant** on a **full-time, permanent** basis with the **potential to be home based** provided that you are able to travel to meetings. Being based in South West England is advantageous.

As the Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative and secretarial support to one of the main board directors at RSK.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Diary management and liaison with internal and external contacts to organise meetings and events
- Travel and accommodation booking management
- Preparation of presentations using various software resources including PowerPoint
- Data management and processing, under instruction, associated with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements
- Dealing with matters on a confidential basis associated with staff appraisals and other HR matters
- To support the director with a wide range of administrative matters
- Attending meetings in support of the director, running errands, and managing his office

**Person Specification**
- A professional and well-organised approach to work with good time management
- A confident character able to talk to colleagues at all levels
- IT literate with good software skills including Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
- Willingness for occasional travel and infrequent nights away
- A discrete approach to managing sensitive information and data
- Full UK driving licence with own car
- A flexible approach to working and the ability to multi-task
