**Job Details**
To contribute to the activities of the Contracts and Quality Assurance team whilst ensuring the delivery of a high quality, customer focussed service with responsibility for the following:
- Contracting for social care services.
- Contract compliance.
- Providing the social work link to grant-funded organisations.
- Carrying out financial assessments.
- Setting up and overseeing payments.
- Financial reconciliations and monitoring.

**The Person**
You should be educated to SCQF level 8 (which includes HND or SVQ level 4) or equivalent in a relevant discipline e.g., business studies, accounting, administration or legal services and be able to demonstrate the following:
- Effective team working.
- Ability to work on own initiative and effectively manage workload to meet deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a flexible way, undertaking occasional evening work.
- Capable of carrying out complex financial reconciliations.
- Excellent IT skills including proven skills in the use of spreadsheets.
- Experience of negotiating with and persuading a range of providers.
- Experience of working with a range of groups and organisations.
- Evidence of liaising with customers to ensure needs are met.
**You may be required to obtain a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Membership or Disclosure Check for this role.**
