**Job Details**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Resource Management Solutions Competency Centre as a Solutions Support Officer. The team supports our Oracle Finance, Procurement, Payroll, HR & Learning cloud based IT system.

Based in the Operational section of the team your responsibilities will include incident management and fulfilling service requests. Tasks will include user/security maintenance, processing integrations and interfaces, maintaining chart of accounts/hierarchies within the system, general set up and maintenance calls and general housekeeping and daily tasks. You will be required to work to deadlines.

For this role, we are looking for someone with excellent customer care, communication and system support skills, who can problem solve and work independently as well as being able to work well as part of a team.

**The Person**

Educated to SCQF level 5 which includes National 5 or SVQ level 2 or Standard Grades at Credit level or equivalent:

- Understanding of incident management and Service Requests
- Customer Care
- Experience in following procedures ensuring system integrity and business processes are not compromised.
