**Main duties**:
To be responsible for providing high-quality level of customer service to customers relating to their products
**The Role**:
- To deliver excellent Customer Service through their helpdesk
- To resolve issues relating to the company’s products
- To provide comprehensive responses to customer queries in a timely manner
- To keep accurate records and data input
- To liaise with other internal departments
- Ad hoc duties as required
**CANDIDATE'S PROFILE**
- **Fluent in Spanish and French ( Written and Spoken) essential**:
- Previous customer care experience beneficial
- Experience working in a contact centre / technical support environment an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish and French
