**Main Duties;**
- To become an expert in ourground-breaking Nourish Care system and be confident to support our valuedclients in a prompt, polite and empathic fashion to provide 'exceptionalcustomer service' at all times.
- To support the team to buildeffective client relations to achieve our business objectives.
- Communicate with other departments toprovide greater support
- Evaluating new and existing softwareand hardware.
- QA of new features, troubleshootingand identifying issues reported by clients through to successful conclusion.
- Refurbish and configure devices that arerunning on the correct software and shipping to strict deadlines.
- Ability to use and complete ourCustomer Support Helpdesk tracking software.
- Maintaining our CRM and other dataplatforms.
- Visiting Clients when remote supportis not possible, but mainly based in the office.
- Any other duty in the benefit of thecompanys overall goals and objectives.
- To work within Rotad shifts in linewith current Service Level Agreement, this will include Weekends and BankHolidays (bank holidays will be on call and paid for
- 3 Allocated shifts 6:30am 10pm
- Attending and contributing to dailyand weekly meetings.

**Experience andSkills Required;**
- Customer Support experience isessential, ideally within a B2B environment with a minimum of 1 yearsexperience
- With a proactive attitude, can doapproach and willingness to do well.
- Technical Mindset be able toproblem solve with an inquisitive attitude
- Excellent organisational skills withan ability to multi task and think on your feet.
- Able to embrace a culture of learningand change.
- Able to work effectively within yourown team and other departments at all levels.
- Maintaining strong interpersonalskills with staff and clients alike.
- Common sense and desire forself-development and to succeed and excel in this exciting and fast movingsector.

- Fast and accurate, configuring anddeployment of hardware.
