Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the overall operations of the company. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development. You will work closely alongside the business director.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed
- Provide general support to staff members and assist with special projects as assigned
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all company information

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative or similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Professional demeanor and strong work ethic

We offer competitive pay rates for this position. This is a full-time opportunity with regular business hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £33,000.00-£37,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
