Administrative Project Officer

The **Project Officer (Temporary)** will assist with the delivery of the ongoing organisational efficiency programme and will support with the delivery of other organisational change initiatives.
- Work with the OD & Change Advisor to create and maintain thorough project records
- Provide administrative support as required within the OD Team
- Organisation of workshops and meetings to support the OD Team
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within and outside of the organisation
- Confidently work with data to create reports and presentations as required
- Deliver engaging and effective facilitation, training and events
- Schedule and coordinate activity across project work-streams
**Essential**
- Comfortable and confident to communicate with people from all levels of the business
- Experience of working within project teams or working on the delivery of change
- Experienced and proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to produce reports and presentations
- Good understanding of project methodology (roles & responsibilities, documentation, and project structure)
- Great organisation and administration skills with good attention to detail
- A willingness to take advantage of learning opportunities as they arise
- Experience of working under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to manage competing work priorities
**Desirable**
- Project Qualification (Prince2 Foundation, Practitioner or similar)
- Experience of digitalisation of paper based processes
- Understanding of process mapping using a tool such as Microsoft Visio
