We are looking for a passionate and ambitious Accounts and Office Administrator to join our friendly, forever-growing team in Oxford. Our office team is integral to the continued growth and development of Right at Home Oxford. The primary role of our Accounts and Office Administrator is to support the management team in all aspects of the business across a variety of tasks to achieve our goals and objectives.

**Principal duties will include**:

- Business administration (Invoicing, payroll preparation).
- Sales support (Support the front line team with preparing for care assessments).
- Planning and organising training.
- Office management and administration.
- Supporting with scheduling and carer management when required (weekly carer roster, supervisions, compliance administration).
- Other administrative tasks dependant on business needs.

**Skills and Requirements**:

- Technical Skills - Able to work with Microsoft Office packages such as Word/Excel/PPT/Teams and be generally proficient with Information Technology. Full training will be provided for any internal IT systems/processes.
- Organisational Skills - Able to be organised with all tasks is essential and be very process oriented.
- Communication skills - Excellent communication with the team and with stakeholders is essential.
- Attention to detail - working towards deadlines without compromising the quality of work.
- Ownership - being able to demonstrate the ability to own a task and be accountable for the outcome.
- Organisation - this position will require ‘plate-spinning’ from time to time. Being able to work with the team to establish priorities to plan your day, week and month will be vital.
- Initiative - working independently with little or no guidance to deliver a business objective. Initiative, curiosity, ingenuity, and resilience are vital.
- Social - our culture is integral to the success of our business, built on maintaining high professional standards, but having a great time while we do it "No Blame" "No Judgement" "Just Solutions".

- Have experience of working within the care sector, although this isn’t essential.
