As an **HR Intern**, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, contributing to the growth and success of our organisation. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn and develop essential skills in a professional setting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting initial interviews.
- Participate in onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a smooth and positive transition into the company.
- Assist in maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
- Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company-wide events.
- Help with HR administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
- Collaborate with HR team members on various projects and initiatives, contributing to process improvement and efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude.
