You will lead HR projects and / or workstreams within the International remit to deliver real change for our people. Your focus will be on implementing key People projects to refine the HR support to the International Directorate and ensure the delivery and implementation of organisation-wide safe, inclusive and supportive initiatives for our staff, partners, and the communities with whom we work.

**A day in the life of a **International HR Projects Adviser **looks like**
- You will lead the continuing engagement and delivery of the inter-agency misconduct disclosure scheme and support the integration of equality, diversity and inclusion considerations into our overseas recruitment, onboarding and equitable security offer.
- You will ensure the needs of the International Directorate are reflected in organisational-wide procurement projects that affect International operations and People.
- Coordinate and work with colleagues to reduce inefficiencies and build improvements to HR services, transactions and procedures in accordance to compliance, efficiency and BRC values.

**To be a successful **International HR Projects Adviser **you’ll need**:

- An understanding of human resource operations, systems and procedures
- Proven skills in project / programme management techniques, processes and controls including project planning; project change control; resource allocation; and team management.
- Excellent communications skills, and skilled at consensus building and managing conflict
- Building and maintaining partnerships and relationships.
- Ability to analyse both quantitative and qualitative data and interpret information to communicate to and persuade decision makers/ different audiences, both written and verbal.
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- High level of attention to detail whilst operating under pressure
- Appreciation of, and ability to navigate a multicultural environment
