We're seeking an experienced Internal Communications Specialist to be the voice behind our clients' vibrant workplace.

As part of the People Function, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their employees stay informed, inspired, and aligned.

Who You Are:

  • You've worked in internal communications for at least 3 years, ideally in the broadcasting, tech or retail space - supporting a HR function
  • You generate innovative ideas and anticipate needs.
  • Building relationships and working effectively with others is your superpower.
  • You get things done and hold yourself to high standards.
  • Juggling tasks? No problem
  • Your written and verbal skills are top-notch.
  • Happy to be on site full time as there is no homeworking available for this role

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute an internal HR communications strategy that resonates with their employee brand and philosophy. From events to DEI initiatives, you'll keep their people in the loop.
  • Make sure their EVP shines bright for both prospective candidates and existing employees.
  • Design communication methods that cater to their diverse workforce, using various platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and People teams to maintain a consistent tone of voice and branding across internal messaging.
  • Blend internal and external HR communications seamlessly, paying attention to the public image.
  • Take an active role in planning and communicating staff events, ensuring everyone feels part of the action.
  • Assist the CPO in designing, delivering, and responding to quarterly pulse surveys.
  • Provide captivating content for their intranet, newsletters, and other communication tools.
  • Help launch and review their Staff Handbook, Culture, and Benefits pack.
  • Keep up with internal HR communications trends and share best practices.
