Administration/ Accounts Assistant
At Octaga we have a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company in the heart of Hereford town centre. We require a strong administrator who also has accounts experience to join our operations team to assist with the day-to-day running of the business. We require experience in the following areas within accounting.
**Previous experience required but not essential (full training provided)**
- Administration Skills
- EXCELL / Microsoft products
- Accounts Software systems
- Good communicator
- The ability to work on their own and as part of a team, multi-task and prioritize as needed with excellent attention to detail.
**Duties**
- Will include, but are not limited to:
- Administration/Accounts
- Assisting the existing team with the Sales Ledger (Invoicing & Credit Control)
- Data entry and reconciliation of the Purchase Ledger
- Varied Accounts administration tasks as required
- Varied Administration Tasks - Company Fleet, Mobile Phone accounts
- Payroll Administration
**Hours of work**:08:30-17:30 Monday - Friday
**Job Types**:Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**:£20,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
