**About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time FTC office assistant to join our People Team in our Hatton Garden, London office. You will be responsible for the overall administration of the office operations and facilities management including:
- Lead on the office refurbishment: creating ideas for office renovation & organising it
- Work with building management to resolve any office issues
- Procurement of office supplies, equipment, snacks and drinks
- Coordinate with external vendors
- Organising office breakfasts, lunches, and meals when there are office meetings
- Organising team socials for HQ
- Assistance with travel arrangements when necessary
- Be a Health & Safety champion
- Supporting finance and compliance functions, including document filing
- Corporate cards management, including monthly credit cards statements recording, reconciliation, and timely submission to the finance team to meet deadlines.
- Being responsible for all matters relating to company vehicles, (e.g. insurance, parking permits, MOTs, road tax, etc.)
- Manage Office & Studio Cleaning with our cleaners and ensure everyday cleanliness in the office
- Any other duty required by management
**Qualifications**:
- 2 + years of office / administrative experience
- Excellent organisation, and planning skills, able to prioritise tasks and handle ad-hoc requests with flexibility
- Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- Attention to detail and satisfaction from a job well done
- Works proactively and with initiative
- Experience with excel & G-suite
