**About El Marsh**

El Marsh is a care company that specializes in delivering 24-hour quality care to both the people living in their own home and those living in the companies comfortable and secure homes. They offer a variety of care options from short and long-term residential care, to supported living for adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and other complex needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting payroll with monthly checks
- support with recruitment and onboarding of new staff
- support with training of new staffs
- Checking files and extracting data for various tasks
- Issuing of probation period reminders.
- Input all statistical information relating to sickness absence, staff qualifications and training and input the information onto the central database.
- Prepare data for the production of specific management information and reports as requested by other HR colleagues and managers.
- Support all members of the HR team by providing proactive administrative support across the function and the co-ordination of team activities.
- Ensure that DBS are paid for and refresher checks are carried out
- Maintain personnel file and record keeping

**Working hours**

Monday to Friday: 9am - 5pm

**Desirable**
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- CIPD qualified, or working towards
- An understanding of HR processes and up-to-date employment law
- Experience of providing HR advice within the care sector
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
