Reporting to the HR Systems and Project Manager you will be will be responsible for the supervision of the HR Administration Team, as well as leading the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the Function.

Main Responsibilities
In this role you will support digitalisation projects, harmonising process and working practices, educating key stakeholders and focusing on providing support and guidance to colleagues. You will work closely with internal business functions such as Payroll, Finance, Fleet & Transport, Operations and Regional HR Operational Teams, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring prompt response to queries within the defined SLAs. You will be responsible for the development of the HR Administration Team’s knowledge, working on expanding the internal training matrix and identifying gaps in individual’s knowledge. You will lead the evolution of the Information Management System (Intranet), creating an effective structure, reviewing forms, policies, processes, standards, and other supporting documents, working towards a harmonised, digitalised, and efficient resource / knowledge bank for all parties within the business.
