The Workplace Project / Move Manager will be responsible for delivering successful workplace change projects for global clients. **An average day may include**:

- Successfully managing all implementation and change activity across multiple projects
- Quickly adapting to a variety of work environments, structures and cultures
- Stakeholder engagement planning and implementation
- Devising and maintaining strategic control plans
- Preparing and delivering creative and engaging corporate communication
- Coordinating with internal clients, third parties, IT and facility leaders
- Managing and developing project teams
- Managing space, storage, furniture and other facility audits
- Creating and delivering presentations, training materials and workplace strategy guides for client teams
- Production and maintenance of project quality, version control and risk logs
- Monitoring resource levels and expenses on projects against budgets
