Contracts Manager

Managing all aspects of the contracts from tender stage through to completion.
- Monitoring all site activity, organising all site operatives, collating risk assessments, and carrying health and safety check.
- Organising/ordering materials that will be required on site and ensuring they arrive on time.
- Ensuring works on site are progressing as required to meet project deadlines, whilst maintaining project cost plans.
- Liaising with clients and providing reports for the projects.
- Attending pre-contract meetings with the Estimator.
Attending progress meetings with clients.
- Managing pre-contract planning and liaison with estimator.
- Maintaining good working knowledge of current contracts, acts and legislation.
- Documenting all contract related correspondence, identifying, and recording progress and problems.
The ideal applicant with have:
- Previous flat roofing knowledge with single-ply experience.
- Worked as a Contracts Manager.
- Have a proven history in project/contracts management.
- Must have CSCS card.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Good IT skills.
- Ability to plan and organise.
