**Case Administrator**
Location: Delph, Oldham
Job type: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £20,319.00 per annum
Holidays: 20 days / annum
Working Week: Split shifts between 8.30 am - 5 pm and 9.30 am - 6 pm.

We are a market-leader in the housing disrepair claims industry. We support social and council housing tenants across England to resolve disrepair issues and help make their house a proper home.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Liaising with clients to identify their disrepair needs and build a case file
- Assisting field/remote surveyors via phone and WhatsApp
- Keeping systems up to date with information about ongoing cases
- Producing reports based on field surveyors’ findings
- Assisting the management team to ensure adequate and appropriate levels of work are undertaken and providing reporting information
- Deal with customer concerns and queries, manage objections and build rapport
- Helping to convert leads
**Required skills**:
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
- Previous experience of complaint handling/negotiation/sales is an advantage
- Ability to use a variety of communication styles to speak to customers and stakeholders from different backgrounds
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Able to work accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment
