Pals Administrator

We now have an opportunity for two full time Band 3 PALS Administrators.
- Take messages from a variety of sources, ensuring they are accurately documented and passed on in a timely way.
- Assist enquirers where possible, for example if they need to be redirected to another organisation or need general information and log these cases on Datix.
- Liaise and assist PALS Officers and other colleagues outside of the service as necessary in dealing with and resolving enquiries and requesting information
- Input enquiries and other data into relevant systems
- Extract information from the Datix system as required.
- Work with the Senior PALS and Complaints Administrator to develop the administration function of the team to continually improve service deliver

The PALS Team provide a service across all 4 sites of NCA. The team is hardworking and the department is very busy with ever changing priorities. The department has a teamwork ethic, supporting each other to ensure the best service to our patients and their carers.
