**About the role**

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Social Care Worker to join our dedicated team at Southlands within Manx Care.

In this role, you will provide high quality care and respond to residents needs on a daily basis, to help them remain a part of the wider south of the Island community and to live a full life.

***Annual leave starting from 21 days, a Privilege Day and all Manx and U.K. bank holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.

Subject to meeting eligibility criteria, the IOM Public Service offers two pension arrangements; the Isle of Man Government Unified Scheme 2011 or the Isle of Man Government Defined Contribution (DC) Arrangement.
