Training Co-ordinator

Contract to start on 19-02-24 until 19-05-24 with a possible extension.
**The role is hybrid working, with 2 days in the office.**
**MAIN PURPOSE**:
To work with the Workforce Development Consultant to co-ordinate an annual programme of learning and development activities designed to enhance the performance of the Client's Care Services for adults and childrens and partner organisations involved in delivering that service.
**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES**:
Coordinate and administer the day to day delivery of an annuai programme of development activities for Care Services and partner organisations.
Support service areas with related queries/learning development activities as directed by the Workforce Development Consultant IHead of Workforce Development.
Research training providers as directed by the Workforce Development Consultant
Assist the Workforce Development Consultant by reviewing and updating of new programmes/service specifications.
Use the budget monitoring framework to record commitments and spend in order that an accurate and update financial picture is available to the Workforce Development Consultant.
Work with the Business Support Manager to market the development programme and manage extra demand and low take up of development opportunities.
Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of the annual programme of development activities including the analysis of evaluation feedback, provision of data; facilitating review meetings and drafting reports.
Provide planned and ad hoc cover for the Business Support Administrators in his/her absence.
