This is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful company in the award winning Chiswick Business Park. **Duties**:

- Be able to provide personalised customer service including handling and managing difficult situations
- Front the booking process from front to back using an internal management system
- Allocate trainers, Creating orders, Invoices, Taking payments
- Quarterly Presentations
- Additional admin duties as and when requested by the Training Support Lead

**Person Specification**:

- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Previous office administration experience required
- Strong problem solving and organisational skills
- Able to work with own initiative
- Team Player
