The post holder will support the Quality and Safety Review process by providing clinical support and expertise to duties in relation to organising the reviews and preparing review teams, including coaching, maintaining, and keeping up to date a log of reviews and feedback, participating in the review process, plus assist in the analysis of themes and trends. The Quality and Safety Practitioner will also work alongside staff and clinical teams to facilitate and implement actions and recommendations to improve quality of services and patient safety.
