- Role Purpose: Telesales_

The purpose of this role is convert warm Inbound telephone calls and web leads into sales opportunities.

This should be achieved through enhanced sales and customer experience skills that ensure the customer is provided with a personalised solution to their needs.
- Role & Responsibilities_
- Handling incoming calls and/or Web leads and convert into sales opportunities
- Making necessary calls backs and follow up calls to convert sales
- Deliver a high level of customer experience through a consultative and solution focussed sales approach
- Ensure accurate data is captured on every opportunity in line with company processes.
- Provide customers with accurate information and guidance at all times
- Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Attributes_
- Demonstrable experience in a telephone based sales role
- Ability to showcase a consultative sales approach
- Proven experience of achieving multiple sales based KPI’s
- An eye for detail and effective record keeping.
- Excellent time and task management
- A passion for helping others and delivering excellent customer service. The ability to show empathy & understanding.
- Willingness to work in a global team
- A willingness to learn, develop and grow within your role.
- Knowledge of the insurance, credit hire, and motor vehicle hire industry is highly desirable but not essential.
- High level of professional customer service & empathy
