**Salary**:£21,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonus (OTE £45,000)

**Hours**:Monday - Friday 8:45 am to 5:30 pm, no weekends

**The Company & Role**:
Our client are a well established Business Brokers. They are a growing business with beautiful grade A offices in Manchester City Centre (Spinningfields) working sociable hours Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm no weekends. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for successful & experienced Telesales Agents, who have the drive to succeed as well as a passion for their company’s progression, achievement, and development.

Your two primary objectives will be
- To call purchase enquiries, answer all their questions, and book a viewing for them to attend and meet with the owner of the business/home who are they looking to purchase from
- You will also be talking to people are looking to sell their businesses/home to the brokerage and contacting potential buyers to gain interest

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Be self-motivated and highly driven to bring sales
- Contact potential clients to secure their business
- Up-selling necessary products and services
- Achieving set quantity and monetary KPI’s
- Showing support to other team members by being a team player
- Manage your own database of new leads and call backs
- Creating innovative ways of lead generation, as well as self-generation
- You have experience in B2B sales and love to sell
- You have worked in an Estate Agent or a Recruitment role (not essential)
- You can analyse the market, source great prospects and close within a new business sales environment
- You have a strong hunger for success and are highly money focused
- You are highly driven, ambitious and a strong work ethic
- You thrive in a competitive sales environment
- You are an effective communicator
